 Remove trees from property.
Tear down and remove house from property.
Install retaining pond at lower end of
parking lot.
Install silt fencing around perimeter to control
possible soil erosion.

Install 6" PVC conduit pipe for Dominion
Virginia Power underground lines. This is the
new underground service for the new church.
Install underground wire for the overhead
lighting to be installed in the parking lot islands.
Install underground irrigation pipe to water
bushes and trees in the two islands.
Remove tons and tons of topsoil and dirt to
obtain the proper rough grade (18" of stone
and asphalt go on top of rough grade).

Install 8" water lines from Buford Road up to the
buffer area (top of parking area) where the
fire suppression system and fire hydrants will
be located.

Install 12" of stone throughout the parking lot.
Install the two large Filterra systems at the
lower end of the parking lot. These Filterra
units filter the water from the parking lot prior to
it going into the storm drain system. This is a
newer and "greener" method of reducing
pollution and protecting the Chesapeake Bay.
