Various Field Trips to Other Churches
The Board of Directors and the Building Team
have taken various Field Trips to other
recently constructed churches. These trips
were invaluable for us to learn the newest
methods of cost effective construction and to
get a sense of room sizes. It doesn't mean
much to look at a set of plans that has a
Sanctuary dimension of 50' X 50'. But
standing in the actual Sanctuary gives us an
immediate sense of what 50' X 50' feels like in
comparison to our existing Sanctuary.
